Rental Rates & Payments

Rates: Nightly rates fluctuate depending on whether it's High Season (December to March) or Low Season (April to November.

Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is four (4) nights.

Housekeeper Service: The property is fully prepared before your arrival. If you require housekeeper services during your stay, these can be arranged at $25.00 per hour.

Rates Changes: Rates are subject to change without notice, except with confirmed reservations.

Age: Renters must be 25 years or older.

Security Deposit: After receiving your notice of intent to rent, your reservation will go on a courtesy hold while we receive your Security Deposit. The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of this deposit. The Security Deposit is NOT applied towards the rent and is fully refundable within seven days of departure provided no damage was found and all Rental Agreement provisions have been met.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival date will be given a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days.

Rental fees: Rental fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.

Check In/Out: Check in: 4pm. Check out: 10am.

Payments: Payments can be made direct to your Credit Card or via secure Paypal which accepts all major credits cards. Personal Checks are also accepted. You can also make payment through your VRBO booking.

Payment Security. For payment security purposes we do not accept cash and we will never ask you to make payments via bank transfer.
Nightly Rental Rates
Low Season - 1st April to 30th November = $500 per night.
High Season - 1st December to 31st March = $600 per night.
Important Note: All rental rates are subject to an additional 7% Room Occupancy Tax. This tax is paid to the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) and is used to improve tourism on the Island of Puerto Rico.
Payments
Payments can be made via secure PayPal using your Credit Card or your personal PayPal account. Payments can also be made using the Venmo App or Zelle via your banking app. If you wish to use PayPal please click on the Buy Now button below or use your smart phone to scan the QR Code.
